Can you believe it’s almost the end of 2012 already?! I certainly can’t and I know I’ll probably have more trouble than usual writing the new year’s date. ;)

On a personal note, I’d like to thank you all for your support this past year. As a customer. As a blog reader and commenter. As a Tweeter. As a Facebooker. As an Instagrammer. As a newsletter subscriber. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I really appreciate it. It’s been a year of ups and downs for me and without your support and friendship, I would not be doing this and sharing my passion for vintage with you. I am SO glad I am!
I’m looking forward to seeing what 2013 brings but before January comes along, I’m going to try and catch up on a few things I’ve been wanting to do. Like sewing this skirt…

And tackling my reading pile…

Do you have any exciting end-of-year plans or will you be semi-relaxed like me? Possibly with a glass of champagne in hand. ;)
Thanks again friends!

Champagne most definitely is on the books! The holidays is going to be writing time for me and celebrating my birthday/NYs with plenty of fun and parties and dinners out… so less relaxing, more go, go, go!
Thanks for sharing a little slice of your life with us all :)
Sounds like you have a busy but fun time planned Elle! I shall raise a glass of champagne and cheers to your birthday!
Have a fabulous New year. :D

It will be a laid back Christmas here. I like my holidays on the quiet side.

A laid back and quiet Xmas sounds perfect to me!
Very Merry Xmas and Happy New Year to you, Lizzie.
Same here! Will try to sew some skirts this holiday! :) Have a great one T!
Thanks Nora! I’ve been putting off sewing this skirt for so long, there’s no more excuses for me not to make it now. Best of luck with your sewing and have a fabulous break. :)
Happy holidays to you, Teresa, and here’s to a fabulous new year! My holiday will be verrrry relaxed and quiet. I will raise a cocktail or pint to you! xo
Thanks so much Karen and happiest of happy holidays to you too!

A big yes to a glass of bubbles! I’m planning to unplug for awhile – we are heading to the slopes, which means zero internet for four days. Hopefully I’ll make some headway on the reading pile too!
Thanks for providing so much vintage loveliness for us all this year, and for your support of my blog – I love each and every one of your comments! Looking forward to seeing your finished skirt x
Thanks so much Emily! I really appreciate your support and friendship over the past year, and I’m looking forward to seeing what 2013 brings. :)
Enjoy your time away. Build a snowman for me! ;)

Merry Christmas, Teresa! Can’t wait to see your skirt.
My family is here, so I always try to cram as much work I can get done while they’re here, since all they really want to do is see the kids anyway. Ha.
Have a wonderful rest of the year and wishing you the best 2013!
Thank you Anna! I hope you enjoy a wonderful Xmas with your family and all best for 2013! :)
